Lars Ricken, the club’s Sporting Director, said, Niko Kovač will start on Sunday. In the meantime, Mike Tullberg will coach the team for the Bundesliga match against Heidenheim on Saturday.
Kovač has had some big wins in his coaching career. He brought Eintracht Frankfurt a DFB-Pokal title in 2018 by beating Bayern Munich. Later, he won both the Bundesliga and DFB-Pokal titles with Bayern Munich in the 2018-2019 season.
