Victor Osimhen, the Nigerian international footballer currently playing for Galatasaray, has responded to recent allegations concerning an incident with a Turkish journalist.

Reports emerged today alleging that Osimhen was involved in a physical and verbal altercation with journalist Tolga Bozduman outside a nightclub in Istanbul. According to these reports, the incident occurred as Osimhen and his friends were leaving the venue, and he allegedly reacted aggressively to being photographed. Bozduman claims that Osimhen attempted to seize his camera, punched him in the head, and later offered money to delete the footage, followed by threats when the offer was declined.

In response to these allegations, Osimhen took to his Instagram story, posting a video of Ghanaian comedian Akrobeto Akwasi Boadi laughing sarcastically, without any accompanying caption. This post has been interpreted by many as a cryptic reaction to the claims made against him.

As of now, neither Osimhen nor Galatasaray has released an official statement addressing the incident. The football community and fans are keenly awaiting further clarification on the matter.

Victor Osimhen, 26, joined Galatasaray on loan from Napoli and has been a significant contributor to the team’s performance this season. This incident marks a notable controversy in his tenure with the club.

The situation remains under close scrutiny, and updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
